All products sold by Precision Biologics UK are intended strictly for research purposes. They are not approved for human consumption, therapeutic use, or as food supplements. By purchasing, you confirm these products will be used solely for legitimate research.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is required at the time of order placement.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of the compounds.

6. Limitation of Liability

Precision Biologics UK shall not be liable for any misuse of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
