Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

How to Return

Contact us at info@precisionbiologics.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about product quality, please contact us with your batch number and details. We take quality issues seriously and will investigate promptly.
